01. Products
- The term “Products” means listed items or goods published on the website of the Company.
- All Wooden furniture and Some of the toys are returnable, Clothing on the conditions of the products undergarments or any intimate products, Teethers, Rattles Books and Flashcards non are not returnable.
02. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
- The User can return the Product in the same condition as a new one, unused and without any damage to its original packaging within 2 days. The Product shall be inspected by the Company and the User shall ensure that the Product is free of any damage or use sign on it.
- The User expressly agrees that there are certain Products that cannot be returned and the User hereby agrees that he/she shall not claim any right of return or refund in such cases.
- Not returnable products will be mentioned on the website below the products.
- The User shall follow the below process to initiate a return:
- Log in to your account, Website, or App.
- Click on Returns and Orders, to see your purchase history.
- Select the product which is to be returned.
- Click on the Return option.
- Give valid reasons for returning the product.
- Click on continue.
- On another page, select what you want, a replacement or a refund. Then click on continue.
- Select a date when they will arrive for a pick-up.
- Select destination. It will be selected by default but you can change if you want with the Change option.
- When done, click on the Submit button.
- The User shall handover the Product to the personnel of the Company and the said personnel shall hand a return slip to the User. The return slip shall be kept safe until the refund or exchange is completed.
- The User hereby agrees that the Product/Products are eligible for exchange only if:
- The Product is in the same packaging and not damaged;
- If the Product is purchased through a debit, credit card or cash on delivery.
- The User agrees that a full refund of the Price shall not be made in the following cases:
- The Product is damaged;
- Improper packaging as compared to the original one;
- Used Products.
- The refund amount shall be paid only to the credit card/debit card/bank account from where the payment was made/payment valet of the Website or any other account authorized by the User and shall not be refunded by any other mode.
- Refund of the Prices shall be done in the ratio and in the following scenarios only:
- Refund of the entire amount of Prices:
- If the booking has been done and there is no Product that is delivered;
- If the User has done multiple bookings due to system error, subject to verification.

03. Remedies with the Company
- The User understands and agrees that the Company or the Website may review any content and in case the Company finds any information provided by the User to be suspicious or misleading, the Company shall in its sole discretion, reserve the right to take actions to prevent/control such violation including without limitation, removing the offending communication or content from the Website and/or terminating the membership of such violators and/or blocking their use of the Website and/or Service.
- The Company shall also be entitled to investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may take appropriate legal action, involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users/Customers who are involved in such violations.
04. Payment Policy
- The User shall have the option to pay the Price through credit cards, debit cards, cash cards, and internet banking. In the case of the payment mechanism stated above, the User hereby agrees to abide by the terms of the Company with such third parties (i.e. payment gateway providing services related to electronic payments and collections) who provide such payment mechanism including but not limited to the payment of transaction charges being charged by such third parties for facilitating payment.
- The User shall be entitled to avail the Products only on receipt of the Price in the bank account of the Company. In case any payment, though completed at end, does not get credited to the Company’s bank account due to any defect or fault in the payment mechanism, the Company shall have no responsibility for the wrong debit to your credit card/bank account. It shall be the responsibility of the User to deal with the third party through whom the payment was routed for such wrong debit.
- In case any transaction done by the User is found not to be in conformity with the Terms of Use of Website or if the transaction is found to be irregular in any manner or whatsoever, the said transaction shall be deemed null and void and shall be cancelled by the Company. In case of such transaction, if the payment has got credited to the bank account of the Company, the same shall be refunded to your credit card/bank account within 15 business days and the User shall be duly informed of the same by email and SMS.
